Thursday Club Cycliste Croix de Fer Social Ride _6PM @ Bikurious

Beginning this Thursday Stefan will be leading the first of what will be a weekly social ride geared towards non-racing club members. These won’t be limited to Croix de Fer members, however, anyone is welcome. Bring your friends, bring your neighbour, bring your significant other!

The pace will be a comfortable conversational pace in the 25-30km/hr range. No sprints or big hills, just a good time on a bike with good people. I figure it’s hard sometimes to get out on those weekly rides alone, so why not have a good time doing it and meet some new folks. You may also learn about new places to ride (I’ll try to mix it up each week). Also an excellent opportunity to show off our new kits! Group riding in matching kits is surprisingly satisfying.

We’ll be leaving from Bikurious at 6PM each week and will return by 8ish. I figure we’ll cover around 50km max.
